From the southern side of the excavation, one can easily see a pavement, annotionally called, “the southern pavement”. In the left corner stands the largest building of the excavation. The only preserved window is in a building in the westernmost part of the excavation. It is a rectangular hole the width of about 40cm in two adjacent beams.
Given the housing density, there was no layout in the city, whereby each dwelling house had its own paled yard with utility rooms and household buildings. In the exposed area, only one small household yard has been found between two structures, one of which has 12 timber rows.
The courtyard is paved with chopped wooden boards and paled.
