In Biarescie, the treatment of non-ferrous and precious metals reached a high level. The raw materials imported were copper, tin, lead, silver, gold and their alloys. Jewellers mastered a variety of technologies. The proof of the existence of local jewellery are the jewellery tools found in the excavation: a clay crucible for melting metal with the remnants of molten copper, a navil, tweezers, and a stone mold for casting beads.
